We recommend booking advance appointments, although walk-ins are welcome!

We do appreciate 24 hrs notice for cancellations, but events do occur when we utilize a cancellation list.  If you were unable to reserve for the time preferred please mention to the front-line reception that you would like to be added to the cancellation list for the time desired, and we will do our best to accommodate your appointment.

Although we encourage a family atmosphere in the salon, the spa is primarily for guest to enjoy relaxation.  Therefore it is appreciated if children do not accompany their family for spa appointments, out of consideration of other guests experiencing relaxation.

Please switch off all cell phones and pagers when in spa.
